Totally creepy.
However, most everything this person points out can be explains by video compression artifacts.
The “green” in the second video is extremely typical of photographic and video artifacts. The “weird eyes” are lagging frame/pixels around fast-moving areas…also an extremely common video compression artifact.

I know, I know. It’s funny how stuff that like that is still creepy even know I know it can probably be explained away.
For instance, the ‘Ghost’ in Three Men and a Baby still gives me the willies:
